Healthcare technology improves the effectiveness and efficiency  of healthcare delivery system. Performance improvement. Plans for quality improvement and performance are comprehensive strategies that aim to improve the clinical organization of a healthcare provider’s services and the quality of those services. Funding is needed to address these issues in order to keep patients happy. Even if patient education and a shift in the way care is delivered are some of the solutions to the concerns identified, more money and resources must still be made available (Al-Salem, 2018).. It’s important to consider a variety of things when estimating the budget impact, including the frequency and type of treatments used as well as their validity and sensitivity ratings. Because of this, it is projected to have a major financial impact.

The human resources department is an extremely important aspect of every company, regardless of the industry. Without a strong HR leader, neither a firm nor an industry can hope to thrive. Particularly important in the field of healthcare is the function that human resources play. It is absolutely necessary to have a solid HR team in place in order to help navigate the different issues that are present in the healthcare business due to the complexities that are present (Chams & García-Blandón, 2019).. The degree of structure and straightforwardness that your process maintains is likewise of the utmost significance. The HR is involved n different role such as hiring, training, management of employees, ensuring better patient outcomes and promoting cultural competency in healthcare.

The HR is in charge of hiring and terminating personnel is the responsibility of the Human Resources Manager. In addition, the department oversees all monetary and time-related aspects of an employee’s working life. Making decisions that affect everyone’s well-being — including their own — is a manager’s obligation. Employees may feel the need to submit a claim against their employer or their employer’s agent if they believe they have been treated unfairly by their employer or their employer’s representative. Some examples of these events are workplace injuries, layoffs or termination, or even arrests or other incidents of this nature. Employment-related claims are one of the many areas in which human resources professionals are well-versed in the relevant state and local rules for dealing with such claims.

Performance improvement involves an ongoing assessment  and improvement of a healthcare organization’s operations and procedures in order to improve the likelihood of attaining desired results and better satisfy the needs of patients. In order to enhance healthcare, one must focus on directly improving the quality of care (Eboreime  et al., 2019). Administrative systems are the primary target of performance improvements. Both have the potential to be prospective or retrospective, but they’re all geared toward making things better. A drop in the number of hospital-acquired infections is an example of a quality improvement, but a decrease in lost charges is an example of a performance improvement.

Clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and operational expenses are some of the main focus areas for health systems when it comes to performance improvement. Long-term success of this high-value improvement technique is dependent on strategic implementation. On-off projects do not produce the expected results in performance improvement attempts. Organizations must develop and implement their initiatives within an ongoing performance infrastructure and program in order to achieve an effective and sustainable performance improvement (Eboreime et al., 2019). The common strategies include setting of goals, stating of the mission, identification of improvement opportunities, having common goals and interprofessional collaboration.

Some of the common technology used in healthcare are telehealth, electronic health records, remote communication equipment and diagnostic technology. More health care information systems are projected to be used in the near future. With the integration of information technology into healthcare, many concerns have been addressed, including less administration transcribing mistakes and mistakes resulting from incorrect use of medical data (Rutledge & Gustin, 2021)..
